Inspection:
Quantity, Quality, and Weight will be inspected at the loading port by SGS at Seller’s expense.
Contract Period:
Spot or 12 months with rolls and extensions
Yard Visit:
Allowed upon ICPO and SPA

PROCEDURES:

1.     Buyer sends ICPO and NCNDA/IMFPA to Seller.  LOI is not needed. 
2.     Seller sends Contract draft to Buyer.
3.     Buyer signs and returns the Contract to Seller within 2 working days with amendment (if any).
4.     Seller signs/seals final Contract and returns to Buyer within 2 working days.
5.     Buyer may visit the yard if needed.
6.     Buyer issues DLC within 3 working days from visit.
7.     Upon receipt of DLC from the Buyer, the Seller exports within 20 days.
8.     Buyer may attend at the loading port if needed.

  

List of Shipping Documents

1.    Full set (3/3) of original “Clean On-Board Bills of Lading” made out to order and marked “Freight Prepaid,” name of the carrying vessel.  The Bill of Lading issued by a Prime vessel verifiable carrier.  Manifest issued by Sea vessel carrier.  A switch B/L shall be provided by the Seller.
2.    Commercial Invoice issued by the Seller.  3 originals and 3 original copies showing Contract Number, B/L number, name of the carrying vessel, description of goods, unit price, total amount, gross/net weight of the goods.
3.    Insurance certificates covering minimum of 110% of the cargo value.
4.    Packing list with gross/net weight of the goods.
5.    Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce.
6.    Standard Quality Certificate issued by SGS or CCIC certifying that the shipment meets the quality requirements of the Contract.
7.    Shipment Company certificate, weight slip.
8.    Export Permit Certificate and Export License.
9.    Certificate of ownership.
10.  Certificate of guarantee and Immunity.

11.  Copy of the port storage agreement.
